clutch feel

I have allready fitted an Accossato 18x18 radial master clutch cylinder and lever which has improved clutch feel, but i have now just ordered one of these larger slave cylinders to hopefully further improve launch control as the standard hydraulic clutch set up is notoriously lacking in this area, and im far too poor to fit a cable clutch arrangement

I've fitted one of those slave cylinders already, don't expect a massive difference!!! I also fitted a TSR slave cylinder to one of my other bikes and again the difference is marginal.......

Just had a quick thought but is there any reason why the original slave cylinder cant be bored out to 38mm and a brake caliper piston fitted? It'll be a couple of quid for the piston and seals and not much more for your local engineer to bore it out??
I might have look into this as I've had to top my clutch fluid up 3 or 4 times in the year I've owned it so thought the seal might have gone anyway

Ive never thought that the clutch /lever needed more feel. Sticking to the standard set up barr a Harris lever for looks!

New fluid and some stiffer clutch springs and mine feels great.

Mine was grabby a couple of times ,but felt fine otherwise ,the lid had been knocked off when I bought it ,so I bled and replaced the fluid.Do you think the grabbing is air ?

Could be
or it might even be a bit of muck in the cylinder. Push rods can stick if they haven't been used in a while too. You've done the right thing starting with fluid. It's much cheeper and easier to change some fluid or check for air than diving in and replaceing clutch plates and baskets.
Bit of luck and you won't see the problem again
