Ok guys here are a few pics of what I have done so far, can you guess or tell what the mod is?

No idea fella but it looks quite technical and interesting! I am guessing it will involve something with making adjustments to the engine management system

I see Samco/front mount rads, I also see a stick coil mod and a hand brake guard...

Will the Rads get any protection?? They look great

Okay, I'll go for the obvious

1) Race rads and s/steal brake hoses
2) Coil sticks and Pair block off plate
3) GP brake lever protector and carbon frame protector

1. Front rads and silicone hoses.
2. Coil stick and pair blanking plate.
3. Front brake guard which is compulsory next year.

Bobbins
Harris exhaust ( and is that an Ohlins shocker hidden back there?)
Rear sets
And what make are those wheels?
Brembo front stoppers.

The forks look like the standard legs from that pick. Have you just re-valves them and fitted oil and springs to match?

Traction control?
That's the first SP I've seen with it on. Have you had a chance to use it in earnest yet? Or is it more of a "just in case" item ?
