What is this green rubber hose?

Hey folks

Found this small green rubber (breather?) hose hanging down under the fuel tank hinge and getting scorched/melted by the top exhaust header.

I have poked it out the side for the time being to avoid it melting anymore.... but does anyone know what it is & where it should ACTUALLY be!?!?

i think its just the drain pipe from the rim of the filler cap but cant remember mine being green

probably an HRC drain pipe lol same colour as the brake reservoirs
