Seat cowl (or seat)

Postby paulb » Fri May 25, 2012 7:43 am

Hi
was enjoying a fantastic spin in this morning, the sun was out and not much traffic on the road.
Then I felt something tip my hip, for some reason I put my hand back to check the cowl and yes....you guessed it, gone! I turned around found it on the middle of the road but just before I got to it a big effin truck rolled over it and made bits of it :-(
So anyone have a red\black cowl? if not, a seat would do for now either.

Cheers
P.

Nope, puncture repair kit, tool kit and power commander.
I picked up a seat on ebay, so that will do for now.

Need that as well for rear seat ,if you don't the seat rubs the paint ,as I have just found out :(

There is a cowl on eBay at the moment but they do certainly tend to fetch a high price.

I was a bit luckier than you when mine did the same. It still cartwheels down the road but I managed to get to it befor it got flattened. Nearly got flattened myself trying to get to it but we both survived to tell the tale
Good luck on the hunt fo a new one.
