Genuine Honda Workshop Manual SP-1 (SP-2?)

Postby SP_HRC » Sun Nov 03, 2013 6:50 pm

My SP has moved on to a new home so my Honda workshop manual is now up for sale. As can be seen by the pictures the cover is a bit used looking but once inside it's in good condition and totally complete with all the pages there (plus a few oily finger prints for good measure..).

Being a Honda manual is hugely comprehensive and covers every single job from valve clearances to a suspension rebuild. There is an additional 10 page 'SP2 shop manual news' supplement which has a few amendments for the SP2 plus an additional SP2 wiring diagram. Beyond that it's mainly for the SP-1 and essential if you're keen to look after your SP as Honda intended.

£55 delivered to UK mainland.

Pete, it might seem expensive but I bought one on ebay a couple of months ago and they are superb and worth every penny. I also have the disc but find the manual a lot easier and to be honest you will never lose money on it. Strange thing is mine was the SP1 manual with the SP2 supplement which was a 100 page booklet. As I say my personnel opinion is good value but then again I would say that as I just bought one!!!!!!! Cheers Zed.

Zedhead, thanks for your comments on the manual, it's much appreciated and we think alike!. Pete, I can understand why it seems expensive versus an eBay cd version ( I bought one first before I bought the manual ). I found it much easier having the book in your hand ready to go when you're bent over the bike going from one job to another. Each to there own though.
For reference the last manual I saw sell on eBay went for £68 plus the postage.
Thanks again Zedhead.

I know, I'm just winding you up :P
I've kept every manual I've ever owned for every bike I've ever had. There's just something about having the proper thing in your hand and not relying on some bollocks you've read on the internet...or am I just out dated
