Clutch circuit breaker/maker?
Posted: Sun Dec 04, 2011 10:10 amDoes the contact(?) on the clutch on a SP1 make or break the circuit when engaging the clutch? Thinking of removing it, will be fitting another M/C later anyways which doesnt have it.

Posted: Sun Dec 04, 2011 9:15 pmI believe its there so you can start in gear if you pull the clutch. But need to know if I remove it, if the wires need to be joined, or not. Because it would suck not being able to start it in the new year when everything is back together.

The contacts are closed when the clutch lever is squeezed to disengage the clutch.
