Chains

Postby Sppete » Fri Oct 10, 2014 7:49 am

I'm looking at replacing my chain and sprockets over the winter and I'm wondering what everyone is using.
I'm thinking of going +2 teath on the rear. Anyone know if I can stick to a standard lenth chain (106 link) or do I need to go bigger?
Also our chains come in 520(race),525(enduro) and 530(standard) any recomendations or experiance of either the race or enduro?
Cheers

I put a 520 X ring on mine at the start of the year. I dont do a lot of road miles and if its good enough to race its good for me on the road. Keep it clean and lubed tho.
Im just a happy chappy!

Cheers Neil  I hadn't thought of it like that. I had only thought about the weight saving and wasn't too bothered about that. Good thought
